Brioche
Brioche Parisienne Buns:
This was Paul's first attempt at relearning Brioche Dough, and we think they turned out pretty good.
We have since decided to do them as flavored versions like the Cinnamon Brioche Buns, we'll also be adding in a Poppy Version soon.
Brioche Cinnamon Buns:
Paul wanted to relearn some of the things he used to make, Brioche being one of them, so he started with the Parisienne Brioche, but quickly moved to the Cinnamon Buns. and We think you'll love them!
Chocolate Drizzled,
Brioche Cinnamon Buns:
Exactly the same as the Brioche Cinnamon Buns, but we decided not to go with the thick layer of cream cheese frosting on so many cinnamon buns, we want you to see the beauty of it, so we drizzle ours with chocolate.
