Handmade Brioche Dough rolled out then brushed with melted butter and sprinkled with Cinnamon Sugar.
Then we roll it up and slice it into discs and lay on a Stainless Steel baking sheet to cook to perfection.
We bag these individually but if requested can bag in bundles of 6. Just ask us to do so.
